The Osmanthus Grace: A Graceful and Majestic Experience Center

Creating a Unique Brand Impression in Shijiazhuang

The Osmanthus Grace Experience Center stands out with its unique design and features. The project aims to capture the essence of Shijiazhuang, a city known for its profound historical context and distinctive city spirit. The vast land in Northern China has given birth to diversified cultures and cultivated the forthright, cheerful character of its people. This experience center aims to showcase these qualities and create a lasting impression.

One of the key strengths of The Osmanthus Grace is its realization technology. The project combines magnificent forms with a subtle and restrained atmosphere. Graceful curves on the ceiling generate an ethereal "sea of clouds," while glossy, tactile, and natural materials such as wooden veneers, soft velvet, luxurious stones, exquisite leather, and futuristic acrylic were carefully selected and utilized. Creative furnishings enhance the style of the space, and dramatic art installations help enrich spatial layering, catering to the taste and preferences of targeted customer groups.

The design team behind The Osmanthus Grace focused on creating a space that evokes emotions and visual transitions. Art installations strategically placed in the hallway serve as a transition point, evoking visitors' expectations. As visitors pass through the hallway, the view suddenly opens up, revealing the property model display area, bar, conversation area, and kids' area. Curved shapes, comfortable furnishings, and dramatic art installations eliminate the empty feeling of the space and reshape spatial aesthetics from different angles.

The integration of majestic scenes and a restrained atmosphere posed a creative challenge for the design team. Balancing and combining the contrasting aesthetics in a comfortable, artistic, and immersive ambiance required careful consideration. However, the team successfully achieved a harmonious blend, allowing visitors to experience the contrasting elements in a captivating and inviting environment.

The Osmanthus Grace Experience Center was completed in September 2020, after a meticulous design process that began in June of the same year. The project has been recognized for its excellence and creativity, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious award acknowledges designs that demonstrate resourcefulness, technical skill, and a commitment to improving quality of life through art, science, design, and technology.
